PY-106為單液型紫外光及缺氧雙重固化之接著劑。當(dāng)本產(chǎn)品曝露于紫外光下或被接著物未能被紫外光光源照射至底部時(shí)，能夠以缺氧之特性，在兩個(gè)緊貼的物件表面隔絕空氣的環(huán)境下固化，可以達(dá)到密封或固定物件之效用。本產(chǎn)品具有良好接著性、耐振動(dòng)及穩(wěn)定性高之特點(diǎn)。該款接著劑特殊之處在其于打破傳統(tǒng)缺氧膠，至少被接著物一面或兩面需為金屬材質(zhì)的要求，針對(duì)兩面均為塑膠之材質(zhì)亦可進(jìn)行缺氧固化，進(jìn)而大大增加適用領(lǐng)域!
PY-106 is a one-liquid adhesive with ultraviolet (UV)-anaerobic dual curing. The product is exposed by UV light which could seal or fixed the object. While the object cannot be exposed by UV light at the bottom, the object still can be sealed or fixed by isolating the air (anaerobic curing). This product possesses many characteristics of good adhesion, resistance vibration and high stability. This adhesive breaks through the traditional anaerobic adhesive where the object requires at least one or both sides of metal material could be sealed or fixed. But now, if the object both sides are plastic material by using this product still can be cured in anaerobic atmosphere. Thus, the PY-106 product will greatly increase the applicable field.

Uses
(1) 可用于螺紋緊固件的永久固定和密封。
(1) Used in the permanent locking and sealing of threaded fasteners.
(2) CMOS影像感測(cè)器(CIS)鏡頭：應(yīng)用于行車(chē)記錄器、視訊監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)和手機(jī)等領(lǐng)域

儲(chǔ) 存：
Storage
本產(chǎn)品需儲(chǔ)存在陰涼乾燥之場(chǎng)所且保存于15-30°C之間，不可直接接觸熱源、金屬觸媒、日光燈和陽(yáng)光照射。自生產(chǎn)之日起(未開(kāi)封狀態(tài)下)可保存三個(gè)月，保存日期標(biāo)示于包裝上。
The product should be kept in a dry and dark place at storage between 15-30°C. Exposure to direct heat, metal catalysts, daylight lamp and sunlight should be avoided. The product has a shelf life (unopened state) of at three months from the date of manufacture. Storage date was indicated on the product container labeling.
